Our purpose is the auctioning of foreclosed self storage units under the Uniform Commerical Code, section 2-328, and the Florida Statutes, Chapter 83 Landlord and Tenant, Subsections 83.801-83.809. Hammer Down Auctions, Inc. works in conjunction with each self-storage company to reduce outstanding receivables and to return rentability back to the storage unit. Hammer Down Auctions, Inc. is a fully licensed, bonded, and insured Florida Corporation.
